Product Designer @ Biiibo / Aug 2021 to Jan 2023
As part of the Core Experience team, designed core flows for ChargeLab's driver apps and dashboard to improve the EV charging experience for both site hosts and drivers. Researched and designed core mobile app features like the main charging flow, Apple Pay and social sign-in, running A/B tests and usability studies to inform design decisions. Helped implement analytics, accessibility updates, and supported the evolution of internal design systems.
UX Designer @ Auvik Networks / Jan 2023 to Dec 2023
Led the transition to Auvik’s new design system (Iceberg 2.0), collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers to research, build, and document scalable components and patterns. Maintained and evolved the system to support multiple product teams, and led the redesign of key workflows including the alerting experience.
Product Designer @ ChargeLab / July 2024 to October 2025
Designed end-to-end user experiences for both customer-facing and internal logistics tools, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers. Led redesigns of the ordering flow and dashboard, while laying the foundation for a more scalable, consistent design system.
Founding Product Designer @ Zoa Test / Sep 2019 to Aug 2023
Developed Zoa’s brand strategy that supported our mission to provide convenient, accurate, and personalized direct-to-consumer male fertility testing and led the development of Zoa’s first digital experience, including customer and client portal.
Senior Product Designer @ ChargeLab / October 2025 to Present
Became the sole designer at ChargeLab, leading the company's design direction through various funding rounds. Partnered with product to lead the discovery research, design and validation for various new features across ChargeLab's driver apps and dashboard. Partnered closely with product and engineering to incorporate Claude and Cursor into the design workflow, unlocking product and design's ability to ship code.
