Product Designer @ Biiibo / Aug 2021 to Jan 2023
Worked across mobile and web platforms to improve the EV charging experience, introducing features like Apple Pay and social sign-in, redesigning core flows, and running A/B tests and usability studies to inform design decisions. Helped implement analytics, accessibility updates, and supported the evolution of internal design systems.
UX Designer @ Auvik Networks / Jan 2023 to Dec 2023
Led the transition to Auvik’s new design system (Iceberg 2.0), collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers to research, build, and document scalable components and patterns. Maintained and evolved the system to support multiple product teams, and led the redesign of key workflows including the alerting experience.
Product Designer @ ChargeLab / July 2024 to July 2025
Designed end-to-end user experiences for both customer-facing and internal logistics tools, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers. Led redesigns of the ordering flow and dashboard, while laying the foundation for a more scalable, consistent design system.

Developed Zoa’s brand strategy that supported our mission to provide convenient, accurate, and personalized direct-to-consumer male fertility testing and led the development of Zoa’s first digital experience, including customer and client portal.
